Overview

Eclipse 2019 took place July 2019 in Park City, Utah at the Montage Deer Valley Resort. Hosted 400+ customers, prospects, partners and guests for 2.5 days. We also planned and hosted an advisory council dinner and meeting prior to the main conference.

Objectives

To provide a first class experience for the PlanSource customer and partner communities. Build brand affinity, customer advocacy, product adoption and showcase the brand to include thought leadership content and WOW factor experiences.

Results

Sold out conference 5 years in a row. Exceeded sponsorship and budget goals. Significant savings in venue and vendor contract negotiations. Proven sales opportunities within 60 days post conference.
